 過濾原理 Filter principle
??該機(jī)采用密閉加壓，多濾葉、微孔精密過濾的方法，來實(shí)現(xiàn)較理想的分離效果。其原理為：在一個密閉的機(jī)殼內(nèi)，裝有多張不銹鋼濾葉，用來支撐和吸附，以硅藻土作助濾劑，過濾時(shí)。行硅藻土預(yù)涂，使濾葉表面形成一層硅藻土涂層，去其雜質(zhì)，流入濾葉內(nèi)腔，再經(jīng)出液管，流出清液。
??另外，如果過濾時(shí)需要脫色，還需加入一定比例的活性碳。

 濾 葉
??一、濾葉的結(jié)構(gòu)
??濾葉就是濾網(wǎng)，形似葉片，故稱濾葉。外表層用特
殊結(jié)構(gòu)的細(xì)濾網(wǎng)精制而成，中間夾有支承網(wǎng)。二者借助框
架連接，并附有密封、緊固件等組成，安裝于筒內(nèi)的出液
管上，且加以固定。

 預(yù)涂層 Coating Layer
??一、預(yù)涂層形成：
??當(dāng)預(yù)涂液輸滿濾筒便產(chǎn)生一定壓力時(shí)，就進(jìn)行流動
循環(huán)，使液中的硅藻土及其固體顆粒漸而被濾網(wǎng)截留，而
吸附于網(wǎng)面，便形成了預(yù)涂層（過濾層）。
